now 100 percent occupied. National Seating & Mobility and Boston Heart
Lab will be co-tenants within the building, each signing for a total of 10,200
square feet.
The 50-year-old property totals 20,400 square feet of flex space and is on
1.5 acres. There will be a complete exterior renovation of the building as
well as new ribbon windows, HVAC and updated mechanics.
