Two Firms Sign for 20,400 SF at 8 Erie Drive
The East Natick Industrial Park building at 8 Erie Drive in Natick, MA, is
now 100 percent occupied. National Seating & Mobility and Boston Heart
Lab will be co-tenants within the building, each signing for a total of 10,200
square feet.
The 50-year-old property totals 20,400 square feet of flex space and is on
1.5 acres. There will be a complete exterior renovation of the building as
well as new ribbon windows, HVAC and updated mechanics.

R.W. Holmes Realtor Leases 49K SF In Four Deals – Banker & Tradesman

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty recently closed four deals around the state.
Trelleborg Emerson & Cuming has renewed a lease of 21,600 SF at 24 Teed Drive in Randolph. The company is a global engineering and technology manufacturer.
A World Networks Inc. leased another 7,000 square feet at 84 October Hill Road in Holliston. The company specializes in the resale, consignment, removal, and buildout of infrastructure.
The addition of A World Networks makes the 120,000 SF building at 84 October Hill Road 100 percent leased. Victor Galvani of Parsons Commercial Group represented the landlord.
Eysenbach also secured the lease of 15,000 SF to Rypos Inc., at 150 Hopping Brook Road in Holliston. This move will allow Rypos to expand and will accommodate the growth in their workforce from 17 to 39 employees.
LeLimo Limousine has leased 5,400 SF at 224 Cherry Street in Shrewsbury. The limousine company will now operate from the Hills Farm Industrial Park.
Eysenbach was the sole broker in all four transactions.

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce that American Power Conversion (APC) has extended their lease for 75,000 SF at Forest Ridge Park, 85 Rangeway Road in Billerica. APC is leasing all of building two and one-half of building three.
In 2007, Schneider Electric acquired APC and formed the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit, which includes the APC and MGE UPS Systems brands. The CPCS Business Unit reported revenue of $3.5 billion in 2007 and employs 12,000 people worldwide.
