<p>By All Accounts, is a leader in the account aggregation technology serving financial advisors.   </p>
<p>George Tonna, President of K &#038; L Realty, said that “it is a pleasure to work with the existing tenant, and to expand a growing company into the entire second floor.” We are pleased the building is 94% leased. K &#038; L Realty owns over 825,000 SF of office, retail, and industrial sites in New England.  </p>

<p>The four-story, 30,000-square-foot, Class B office building at 195 Worcester was constructed in 1981 and renovated in 1996. The single-story, 31,000-square-foot, Class B office building at 173 Worcester was built in 1973. The structures are located in the David Nassif Office Park, which is in the Wellesley/Needham submarket. </p>

<p>NTP Software, the worldwide leader in the control and management of unstructured data, leased 11,776 SF and Harvest Automation, which was founded by experts in using robotics for enhancing productivity and is focused on robotic material handling, signed for 6,745 SF in Building Three. Award Productions, a high definition video and TV production company offering a full range of media services from script development to post production. expanded into 3,692 SF in Building One.</p>
<p>Located in Billerica less than two miles from the interchange of Routes 3 and 495 and featuring nature trails into the adjacent state forest, Forest Ridge Office Park is a master-planned 19-acre campus with three two-story brick buildings of 50,000 sf each. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 64,592 SF of office and manufacturing space to Ameridose Inc., at 201 Flanders Road in Westborough, MA, is a recent expansion from the 76,000 SF Ameridose just leased at 205 Flanders Road. Ameridose now occupies a total of 140,592 SF.</p>
<p>Ameridose is a state-licensed, FDA &#038; DEA registered manufacturer providing service to hospital pharmacies. They offer sterile admixing and repackaging as well as oral syringe admixing and repackaging services.</p>
<p>Craig S. Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the Landlord while John Eysenbach of R. W. Holmes Realty Co.,  represented the Tenant.</p>
