Bill Sullivan - Vice President
Bill has been with R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. since 1996. Bill has leased or sold over one million square feet of space with aggregate value in excess of $100,000,000 in Tenant and Landlord representation in Massachusetts, with a focus on the MetroWest area.In addition, Bill is the Exclusive Listing Agent for over 1,500,000 SF in the Metrowest I-495 area, representing a mix of office, flex, R&D, warehouse, industrial, and mill complexes.
For 2006, Bill will be on the Board of Director for the Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce. Bill is also on the Rivers School Alumni Council. Bill is a graduate of Beloit College and resides in Hudson with his wife Jill and daughter Julie. Bill hopes to one day be elected to the Dad Hall of Fame.
