Mr. Detwiller has extensive experience as a broker for more than thirty years in the industrial and commercial real estate business in the suburban Boston market. His services have included tenant representation, consulting, advising, marketing, selling and leasing for user companies as well as site searches and assemblages for major property developers. He was the Exclusive Leasing Agent coordinating the initial marketing of One Cranberry Hill and Lincoln North for Gemini Properties.Past major clients include, but are not limited to, Raytheon Corp., Digital Equipment Corp., Lahey Clinic, Bay State Gas, Apollo Computer, Foster Miller, IPL Systems, Daymarc, Battelle, Schwartz Communications, and Exchange Solutions, to name a few.

Significant land sales and assemblages include the 300 acre Franklin Industrial Park, 80 acre Tambone development in Chelmsford, 175 acre Chemfab Facility in New Hampshire, 140 acre sale to Raytheon in Marlborough, 57 acre sale of Lake Williams Corp. Ctr. in Marlborough to National Development.

Activities include ongoing participation and involvement with the New England Chapter, Society Industrial and Office Realtors (NE Chapter Pres. and Natl. Dir. 1985-86), Chairman Properties Committee and Executive Board, Knox Trail Council Boy Scouts of America. He is Class Agent Darrow School, a Graduate of Nichols College, and resides in Sudbury with his wife, Carly.
