Craig Johnston - Senior Vice President
Craig has been with R.W. Holmes since 1992 specializing in Landlord and Tenant Advisory work and has been involved in numerous building sales in the Greater Boston suburban market.Throughout his career with R.W.Holmes in commercial real estate, he has completed over 258 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 4.3 million square feet of office and R&D space. Craig has worked with clients such as Courion Corporation, Netezza Inc., Sigma Systems Inc, Object Management Group and Bullard Abrasives just to name a few. Craig provides landlord advisory services for clients such as Creative Development Company, Boston Development Group, Berkeley Investments, Inc., Stonegrate Group, Franchi Management and Atlantic Management.
Mr. Johnston has been awarded the Multi-Million Dollar Sales and Leasing Club award from the Commercial Leasing & Investment Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Craig contributes regularly to many industry publications. Mr. Johnston is a graduate of Nichols College and resides in Grafton, MA. with his wife Pamela and their daughter Olivia and son Trevor.
