Craig Johnston – Senior Vice President
Craig has been with R.W. Holmes since 1993 specializing in Landlord and Tenant Advisory work and has been involved in numerous building sales in the Greater Boston suburban market. Throughout his career with R.W.Holmes in commercial real estate, he has completed over 311 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 5.2 million square feet of office and R&D space. Craig has worked with clients such as American Capital, BigBand Networks, Bullard Abrasives, Courion Corporation, Semilab, and Object Management Group just to name a few. Craig provides landlord advisory services for clients such as Antico Development, Atlantic Management, Creative Development Company, Franchi Management and New Boston Fund.
Mr. Johnston has been awarded the Multi-Million Dollar Sales and Leasing Club award from the Commercial Leasing & Investment Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Craig contributes regularly to many industry publications. Mr. Johnston is a graduate of Nichols College and resides in Grafton, MA. with his wife Pamela and their daughter Olivia and son Trevor.
