Dean joined R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. in 2000 specializing in Landlord and Tenant Advisory work and has been involved in numerous building sales and leases in the Greater Boston suburban market. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, he has completed over 180 leases. Dean has worked with clients such as The Massachusetts Dental Society, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, CMH2 Hill Companies, Guaranteed National Mortgage, Inc., Vibram USA just to name a few.
