Dean R. Blackey, Assistant Vice President has been with R. W. Holmes since 2000. With over 11 years of negotiation experience, Dean has successfully represented over 300 of Suburban Boston’s most prominent businesses and currently represents over two million square feet of office and industrial assets for sale or lease in Metro West. Dean specializes in all areas of real estate activity including Tenant and Landlord advisory as well as asset acquisition and disposition for both Owner/users and Investors alike.
Dean has worked with clients such as Atlantic Management, MARIC, Inc. Partners Heath Care, The Massachusetts Dental Society, Middlesex Savings Bank, Perini Corporation, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, CMH2 Hill Companies, Vibram USA just to name a few.
Dean is a graduate of Bates College and lives in Norfolk with his wife Cameron.
