Garry Holmes - President
Garry is president of R.W. Holmes, a Wayland, Massachusetts based commercial real estate brokerage firm. Since 1976 R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. has served the local, national, and international real estate needs of corporations as well as commercial property owners. Garry joined R.W.Holmes in 1986 and has completed over 490 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 8 million square feet of office and R&D space.
Garry is a past recipient of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s “Suburban Office Deal of the Year”, and was recognized by SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) for “International Deal of the Year”, Garry serves on the Executive Committee at NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), holds the prestigious SIOR designation (past President of the New England Chapter and serves on the Board), and is a board member of the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce. Garry is a graduate of Bates College.
