Jim Bartholomew – Assistant Vice President

Jim is an Assistant Vice President of R.W. Holmes, a Wayland,
Massachusetts based commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in Landlord and Tenant Advisory work.

Background
Jim worked for GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners 2007- 2010 as a commercial real estate broker specializing in tenant representation in the MetroWestmarketplace. After leaving GVA, Jim started his own firm JJMRE working with tenants & assisting groups with real estate investments. Jim also was an associate with NAI Hunneman and R.M. Bradley. 

Prior to his real estate work, Jim was a recruiter for Carter/McKay, Inc., helpingto place personnel in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in California, Nevada, and Arizona. 

Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, and currently lives in Weston, MA.
