John Eysenbach – Executive Vice President
John is Executive Vice President and has been with the company since 1984. He specializes in the Industrial and Investor markets of the West Suburban Boston communities.
In the past few years John Eysenbach completed $50 million in sale transactions and completed over 2,000,000 SF of leases. Land sales and build-to-suit projects have also been a focus in recent years resulting in more than 250 acres sold.
Companies represented include Ameridose, Trelleborg, Emerson & Cummings, A. Duie Pyle, Cold Chain Technologies, Utility Consultants Inc., Bevilacqua Paving, Streetwear Consultants Inc., Devco Products, Zeptometrix, Agie Charmille, Total Communications, Merrimack Building Supply, and Hamilton Storage Technologies.
As a top performer for the company, John has completed over 400 lease transactions and was responsible for negotiating one of the largest industrial sales in the company. John is a resident of Newton and a graduate of Denison University.
